The Bear: Hulu

The Bear” has transformed how society sees the restaurant business. In this dramatic-comedy, a young fine dining chef, played by break-out actor Jeremy White. White returns to his hometown of Chicago to take over his family’s run-down sandwich shop. The shop was unexpectedly left to him after a family death. “The Bear” provides insight into how a restaurant succeeds. All while giving viewers a look at how restaurant staff is more than co-workers; they are family. “The Bear” is described as a “genius kitchen drama that is flawlessly produced.” With its first season being such a success, make sure to be on the lookout for Season 2 in 2023! 

Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story: Netflix

Netflix’s brand new series, “Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story,” illustrates the horrific actions committed by Jeffrey Dahmer. The series takes viewers on a rollercoaster of terror and disbelief. Evan Peters, who plays the role of Dahmer, adopts the character perfectly and shows you the mind of one of the world’s most cruel serial killers. Hidden between all the murders, violence, and unfathomable things Dahmer did is a show that brings attention to many issues in our society and remembers the ones who tragically lost their lives because of Dahmer. 

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power: Amazon

The Lord of the Rings” may be the greatest movie series of all time, and fans just got blessed with Amazon’s new series, “Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.” The show takes place thousands of years before both infamous series’ by J.R. Tolkien, “The Hobbit” and “Lord of the Rings,” and explains many questions about Tolkien’s mystical land of Middle-Earth came to life. The Rings of Power is not just for fans of Tolkien’s previous work but for everyone. The compelling storyline of war, betrayal, and conquering makes this show a must-watch for anyone looking for an adventure. 

Severance: Apple TV

In need of something that will take away the stress of school yet still challenge your brain and make you question the dynamic plot, then this is the show for you. Severance is a thought-provoking science fiction that immediately impacted viewers’. The show is focused around an office where some employees can not differentiate specific memories, and they try to uncover the shady conspiracies at Lumon Industries (the place of work.) This Apple TV hit drama not only stood out to people at home but also was nominated for 14 Emmys, including Best Streaming Series, which it won.
