Seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator for David Swaim & Associates, a boutique law firm specializing in US Immigration law. This position will allow the intern to gain practical work experience across multiple disciplines. As a generalist, this role will take on a variety of responsibilities, including leadership of specific projects. This is the sole marketing role within the company so you must be able to take initiative in completing projects, hours and marketing tasks.
General Responsibilities:
- Support social media plans and creation of content (Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Monitor digital communication platforms including social, reviews and directories
- Assess advertising options and develop recommendations to meet business objectives and budget based on monthly reporting
- Create and communicate to attorneys a content publishing calendar and update blog weekly
- Manage weekly email marketing
- Support website maintenance/evolution including copy, user experience and optimization
Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, including organization and analysis of data and production of reports
- Competent in digital marketing, specifically paid search and social media, review platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong writer
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and negotiation
- Excellent communication skills
Requirements:
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
- Recent graduate with a marketing, advertising, communications or related field
