The National Football League (NFL) is comprised of 32 franchises that compete each year to win the Super Bowl. The NFL is currently searching for a full-time Senior Coordinator for their Club Social Monetization Department in New York City, NY.
What We Are Looking For
The NFL is currently seeking a Senior Coordinator to join our Club Social Marketing team to support our 32 Clubs’ social monetization efforts. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics, especially when it comes to branded content. Attention to detail and analytical skills are critical for success in this role. Candidates must be comfortable gathering, organizing, and dissecting large data sets to provide key learnings, emerging storylines, and areas of improvement.
What You’ll be Doing
- Develop weekly, monthly, seasonal, annual, and ad hoc reporting to illustrate engagement, value, trends, and impact of the branded content created by our 32 Clubs.
- Track earnings across partner monetization programs and distribute revenue reporting.
- Tag, organize, and analyze sponsored content posted by Clubs across social platforms.
- Evaluate the ROI of branded content across social media channels while driving optimization where needed
- Advise on best practices and thought starters for branded content across Club accounts
- Transform data from various analytics platforms into visually-digestible charts/graphs and provide actionable insights for key stakeholders
- Create benchmarks to evaluate against potential partners and competitor data
- Collaborate across several internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and assess relevant information
- Present findings to League and Club executives in a concise, impactful manner
- Provide operational support to our 32 clubs on gamedays and around League tentpole events as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in analytics, marketing, social & digital media, or other related field; sales/sponsorship experience is a plus
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with social engagement and analytics tools is preferred (Zoomph, SocialBakers, Crowdtangle, etc.)
- A keen sense of design and data visualization is a bonus
- Knowledge of and passion for the game of football
- Deep understanding of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram
- Experience using social platforms in a professional capacity

- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to work all NFL gamedays, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- FLSA non-exempt.
