Carolyn Covey Morris
Founder and President, QMobius
Marketing technologist and public relations leader known for sparking relationships and engagement, and fostering leaps and transformations. Has worked with top companies and brands including 7-Eleven, Baylor Scott & White Health, Children’s Medical Center, Coolibar sun protective clothing, Capital One, Dean Foods, Frito-Lay, HomeTeam Pest Defense, Hotels.com, Hyundai, JCPenney, Nissan, Oakley, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Prior to launching QMobius, led strategic communications and public relations for JCPenney during a turnaround that drove the company’s share price from $8 to $85. Also directed strategic communications and marketing for Capital One’s Consumer Operations and Ketchum’s Dallas office. Earned a B.S. from James Madison University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Also studied international business at Oxford University. 2015 president of Public Relations Society of America’s Dallas Chapter and a member, and past president, of the advisory board for SMU’s School of Corporate Communications and Public Relations.
Marvin Singleton
Executive Vice President, Hill+Knowlton Strategies
Award winning communications and public affairs executive with 30 years of experience leading client teams and offices, building integrated campaigns to meet business objectives with a background encompassing media relations, public affairs, internal communications, crisis communications, executive communications, and social media.
Prior client engagements:
– Served as embedded Vice President of Communications for a Fortune 40 technology company business unit responsible for development of strategy and execution of all communications activities globally.
– Lead two public affairs campaign for one of the world’s largest airlines.
– Managed a public affairs and communications campaign for a multi-billion dollar state award in transportation.
– Supported public affairs for a Fortune 700 company business unit before state regulatory agencies.

Crayton Webb
Owner and CEO, Sunwest Communications
Prior to Sunwest, Webb was the Vice President of Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility for Mary Kay Inc. In his 12 years with Mary Kay, Crayton launched the company’s CSR strategy, Pink Changing Lives, evolving its philanthropic efforts into a strategic, multi-platform program with a global reach. In addition to his CSR and sustainability work, Webb also led the company’s global media relations, reputation management, public relations and crisis communications efforts across nearly 40 markets around the world.
Crayton is chairman of the men’s auxiliary for Genesis Women’s Shelter in Dallas, HeROs (He Respects Others), and is on the boards of the National Domestic Violence Hotline, the Arbor Day Foundation and serves as vice chair of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas Board. Crayton also serves on the Communications Council for the Dallas Regional Chamber and advisory boards for Communications Studies at Southern Methodist University and the Junior League of Dallas. He is a former board chairman for Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, the Leadership Dallas Alumni Association and Dallas’ citywide fitness initiative, “GET A MOVE ON.” He previously served on the board and executive committee of the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau.
From 2002 until 2005, Webb was chief of staff for Dallas Mayor Laura Miller. During that time he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Mayor’s Office, working with members of the news media and served as the Mayor’s spokesperson, media advisor and top aide.
Webb’s professional background is in journalism. Crayton was a broadcast journalist for nearly ten years covering politics for television stations in Bend, Oregon; Boise, Idaho; Austin, Texas and was an investigative reporter and covered City Hall for the CBS affiliate in Dallas from 1998 to 2001.
