This part-time Marketing Coordinator position is with David Swaim & Associates, a boutique law firm dedicated exclusively to US immigration law. We represent the entire spectrum of clients in the immigration process, from multinational corporations to individual clients, with one issue to resolve. Having served over 45,000 companies, employers, religious organizations, universities, and individuals, we pride ourselves in delivering all clients the highest level of client service and expertise.
This Marketing Coordinator position allows a marketing and communications undergrad or grad student to gain practical work experience across multiple disciplines. The intern will be responsible for the following as well as other tasks given by the Managing Partner:
- Maintain and create content for Facebook and LinkedIn
- Monitor all reviews and directories
- Assess advertising options and develop recommendations to meet business objectives and budget
- Create and communicate to attorneys a blog calendar updated weekly
- Manage weekly email marketing
- Support website maintenance
This position is the sole marketing role within the company, so the intern must be able to take the initiative in completing projects and marketing tasks.
