Meadows Students: Don’t Miss Tomorrow’s Exclusive Q&A with Disney and Paramount Execs!

Calling all Meadows students! Are you passionate about entertainment, public relations, and marketing? Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to connect with two distinguished SMU alums at an exclusive Q&A panel hosted by PRSSA this Tuesday.

Meadows is thrilled to welcome Mindy Hamilton, Senior Vice President of Global Partnership Marketing and Strategy at The Walt Disney Company, and Michelle Hagen, Executive Vice President of Global Partnerships at Paramount Pictures. Mindy, a Meadows graduate from 1988 with a B.F.A. in Communication Arts and Advertising, and Michelle, who graduated in 1990 with a B.A. in Communication Arts and Advertising, are both influential leaders in the entertainment industry. This engaging discussion will cover their professional journeys following their time at SMU, highlighting their roles in shaping entertainment and global partnerships at two world-renowned companies.

Meadows Dean Sam Holland and PRSSA President Chloe Young will moderate the discussion, giving students a rare opportunity to ask questions directly to these industry experts. Students and faculty can use the Google form to submit questions for Mindy and Michelle.

The event will take place at 9:30 a.m. in the Gene and Jerry Jones Grand Atrium of the Owen Fine Arts Center. Seating is first-come, first-served, so be sure to arrive early to reserve a spot! NO RSVP is required–just bring your curiosity and desire to learn from these leaders. Following the discussion, students are invited to a coffee reception, where they’ll have the opportunity to meet and network with Mindy and Michelle. Whether you’re pursuing a career in PR, entertainment, or marketing, this is an event you won’t want to miss!
