BCG Advance is an interactive, invite-only conference designed to inspire, educate and prepare young women to launch a career in consulting and—ideally—with BCG. During BCG Advance, you will connect with other passionate and successful undergraduate women, meet inspirational BCG senior leaders and Associates, develop professional skills and your personal brand, and learn about the work we do and the rewards of a career in consulting.
BCG is thrilled to begin accepting applications to BCG Advance, a women’s development conference for sophomore women graduating between December 2022 and June 2023 from SMU to learn more about the firm! The conference will take place virtually over several weeks in April and May.
