The position is full time during the summer, working 40 hours per week beginning approximately June 1st

The Global Finance Service Division team has an exciting opportunity for a Communication Intern located in Dallas, Texas or Peoria, IL. As a Communication Intern at Caterpillar, you will assist the Global Finance Services Division with internal communications projects. While with us, a communication intern may be involved in the following:

• Supporting website strategy and maintenance; working with Adobe Experience Manager
• Microsoft SharePoint site creation and maintenance
• Manage the process for tracking communications
• Writing and copy-editing internal communications including articles and newsletters
• Help manage distribution list creation and updates
• Creating eye-catching visual communications
• Creating strategic business communications for executives
• Developing communication plans and strategies
• Conducting communication channel audits
• Assisting with special projects as needed, including video, presentations, employee engagement and more
